Congratulations Averi & Sylvia!

It’s a double crown sweep at Miss Louisiana  USA 2023!

Bringing Glamour to Our Sportsman’s Paradise

There are too many reasons to list of why Louisiana is considered a Sportsman’s Paradise, but our state motto is so well deserved! From the fishing, boating, hunting, kayaking, camping, and more, Louisiana has an adventure and sport for everyone!  Pageantry is no different! Louisiana has long been considered a major contender in pageantry, and what better way to celebrate the motto and beauty of our state than with a pageant that celebrates all the amazing facets that make Louisiana great!

Our titles – Miss Sportsman’s Paradise, Miss Crescent City, & St. Bernard Redfish – are proudly part of the Crown Group Productions family. At the heart of every pageant and event we produce is a sense of family and empowerment. Our pageants strive to cultivate an environment for the competitors and their families to thrive while providing the young ladies who win with scholarships, once-in-a-lifetime opportunities, and service projects that matter to our state and communities.

Elements of Competition

Interview

1/3 of the total score for Pre-Teen and Teens comes from a panel style interview. Each contestant will speak with the panel for 3 minutes. Pageant judges spend time with each delegate to learn about her successes, talents, goals and ambitions. Attention is focused on her poise, charm, self-confidence and her ability to communicate, as well as the substance of her answers. There is no onstage question for Pre-Teen Contestants.

Athletic Wear

Each Pre-Teen and Teen contestant will select her own athletic wear based on the specified guidelines. Attention is on physical fitness and the confidence with which each contestant carries herself. Numerical measurements are not considered in the judging.

Swimsuit

Each Miss contestant will select her own swimsuit based on the specified guidelines. Attention is on physical fitness and the confidence with which each contestant carries herself. Numerical measurements are not considered in the judging, but fit of the chosen swimsuit and how it flatters the contestant’s body will be considered..

Evening Gown

Each contestant in every division wears a gown she has chosen for herself. Attention is focused on each contestant’s overall appearance, self-confidence, sense of style and the beauty she brings to the gown of her choice.

Philanthropy

Making a difference one rhinestone at a time

There’s more to our pageants than just beauty and glamour. Our pageants, titleholders, families, and team members all donate their time year round to numerous causes that matter to Louisiana and our communities in collaboration with the Crown Group Foundation, our 501(c)(3).

We have volunteered and fundraised after natural disasters – including hosting community events for tornado victims in Arabi – as well as worked with partners in putting on events for children with special needs, cancer, coastal restoration, veterans, and more.

We’d love to work with your organization, so please reach out via email at info@cgpageants.com or through the contact form below to be in touch about how we can work together.
